Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This policy sets the boundaries on how the Services may be used. It exists so the Services stay safe, lawful, and useful for everyone — and it applies to everyone who uses them.
1. Scope
This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to intuitum.xyz, Diffuse, Solo, and every other product and service we operate — collectively, the “Services.” Where this policy and the Terms of Service conflict, the stricter provision governs.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Services to break the law, to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, to distribute malware, or to send spam. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account, and you may not interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
3. Prohibited content
You may not upload or generate content that is unlawful, that violates the rights of others, or that a reasonable person would find abusive, deceptive, or dangerous. You are responsible for the content you submit and for any output you choose to rely on.
4. Automated access and load
You may not scrape the Services, evade rate limits, or place an unreasonable load on our systems. You may not use the Services to train competing models except to the extent your agreement with us expressly permits.
5. Security research
We welcome good-faith security research carried out under our vulnerability disclosure process. Testing outside that process — including denial-of-service, social engineering, or accessing data that is not yours — is not permitted.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Services or the people who use them. Where the law requires, we will cooperate with the relevant authorities.
7. Reporting abuse
If you see the Services being misused, tell us so we can act. Prompt, specific reports help us keep the Services safe for everyone.
