Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This policy explains what Intuitum collects when you use our sites and products, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it. Our bias is to gather as little as the work requires, and to treat what we hold as a liability to minimize rather than an asset to mine.

1. Scope

This policy covers intuitum.xyz, Diffuse, and Solo, together with the other products and services we operate — collectively, the “Services.” It does not cover third-party websites, tools, or models we link to or integrate with, each of which is governed by its own policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us or sign up for something, we receive what you send — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information we collect automatically. Our hosting and security providers generate basic technical logs, such as IP address, device and browser type, requested URL, and request time. We do not currently run product analytics on intuitum.xyz, and we do not build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

3. How we use it

We use information to operate, secure, and improve the Services; to respond to you; to understand what is and is not working; and to meet our legal obligations. We use it only for the purpose it was collected for, or a purpose compatible with that one.

4. Model training and improvement

We do not currently use the content you submit — including code processed by Diffuse or Solo — to train or improve our models. If that changes, we will ask for your affirmative opt-in consent before any such use begins; continuing to use the Services without opting in will not affect your access.

5. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we process personal information on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the Services, your consent, the performance of a contract with you, or compliance with a legal obligation.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only with vendors who process it on our behalf under contract, when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Every processor is held to protection no weaker than our own. We do not sell your information.

7. Cookies and tracking

The Services do not set cookies. Preferences such as your chosen theme are stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers or in a cookie. If we introduce cookies for essential functionality in the future, we will not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we will update this policy first.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as the purpose requires or the law demands, and then we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, strict access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No system is perfectly secure, so we design so that a single failure does not become a catastrophe.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. Reach out and we will honor these rights as the law provides.

11. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its correction or deletion, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise these rights using the contact details below, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

12. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. When we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — to protect it in transit and at rest.

13. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or the age of digital consent where you live, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will remove it.

14. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the Services evolve. Material changes will appear here with a new effective date, and where the law requires, we will tell you directly.
